It doesn't matter that you are taking a coaching for preparation or not.For this achievement you will have to do hard work and be dedicated.

# you will have to do preparation in right way. First you should practice many numerical problems from best books having different types of numerical problems.

# you should clear your concept in all subjects. Make sure that you have memorise all formulas in Physics and in chemistry or math. you can make a short notes in all subjects and revise them until JEE advanced.

# you should practice previous year paper of JEE advanced this is most important you can take previous 38 years books.

# You can also join online test series which provides by many coaching institute for checking your preparation.

Dear friend this is a phenomena happened with everyone which are sincerely preparing for jee.I had also taken one year coaching but overcome this problem so i suggest you that don't never demotivate and don't loss your desire. Now also you have two years , you can do best .

Following things you should have to do as an dropper:-

If you are taking a coaching for preparation of Jee you will have forget your friends, family and relation for one year not totally but try to do.You should talk only from parents, brother and sister like that.

:-You should far away from social media ,not use any social account like facebook,twitter .:Try to do always motivated.

:-Time is very very important so please understand the importance of time don't waste time in any other work because wasting of an year will very expensive in future.

:-You should also choose your right friends who helped you in your study.

Now for study-

If you are studying in a better coaching[[[in comment you can tell me from which coaching you are preparing]]] then coaching material is enough so try to understand all the things and memories it . At first you should complete your notes and solve sheets and dpps.
